Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why can’t I have this as part of the normal assessment visit?
   This type of review of a management system is not recognized by accreditation bodies, and therefore we cannot carry this out as part of the normal assessment visit.
   
   
2. Will you be raising non conformities with this review? 
   No, we will be pointing out where the weak and strong areas are in your management system and providing help and assistance where needed.
   
   
3. What benefits will I gain from going through this review?
   You will be left with a short report that will go further than the usual report. This report will give a weighted score out of 350 so you can see where your strengths and weaknesses are. You will be benchmarked against others that have taken part in the exercise so you will be able to see where you are on all of the elements measured.
   
   
4. Can I have one of these reviews carried out on different sites and departments?
   Yes, we can do any combination of sites, divisions and departments if that is what is required and then benchmark these against each other.
   
   
5. Do I receive any type of award for this review?
   No, although we do have another product that looks strategically at you organization and is able to provide an in depth comparison between the senior management view of the organization and what the operations staff think. This product is based upon the management principles of ISO 9000:2000.
